The West Wailua'iki Stream is located in East Maui, near the town of Keanae. When there's been rain in the area, the stream flows heavily, creating several spectacular waterfalls like this one, just under the Wailua'iki Bridge on the Hana Highway.

One of the many highlights of taking the long, scenic drive to Hana is experiencing incredible views like this along the way.

In this scene, a couple of rare Hawaiian i'iwi birds appreciate both the falls and the nearby red ginger flowers.
