"Hawaii"

Published by C.S Hammond and Co., 1920

Printed by Lahaina Printsellers, Ltd., 2016

This informative map of Hawaii was originally published in 1920 by C.S. Hammond and Co. of New York for their Handy Atlas of the World. It shows distances from Honolulu, Oahu to other locations in the Pacific.

Included on the left is a table showing the population, broken down by sex and ethnic background. It also lists the different geographical districs in the islands.

An inset features the islands of Samoa and Guam.

We custom-print this facsimile map on waterproof canvas in our Lahaina studio using the finest archival inks, which are tested and guaranteed not to fade or shift under normal circumstances for over 100 years. Modern printing techniques allow us to improve and enhance the historical subject matter, even as we're careful to preserve and maintain its historical and artistic integrity.
