"Hawaii Hawaiian Islands"
Published by United States Government, 1901
Printed by Lahaina Printsellers, Ltd., 2016
This reproduction of "Hawaii, Hawaiian Islands" was originally surveyed under the auspices of W. D. Alexander in 1901 for a Hawaiian Government Survey. Alexander was the Surveyor General to Queen Liliuokalani during the last decade of the Hawaiian monarchy.
Providing significant topographic and lava flow information, the map also shows the six districts on the Big Island, including the popular tourist destination of the district of Kona.
It was traced by F.L. Lowell.
